We do not beat around the bush. The end result with Savittr is that you land/expand/close your key accounts. We care only about opportunities and hence our key KPI is the number of Qualified Conversations at the account level. In the process we touch upon other leading indicators like CAC, MQLs, speed and efficiency across the board and sales-marketing alignment.
Our plan of action is customised to the unique requirements and context of our clients. But below are some high level elements you may expect as part of our ABX program
To set the right expectations upfront, our response is that it depends. Factors like individual context, marketing maturity, and the baseline of our clients influence our approach and the results. Engaging the buying committee of an ICP enterprise firm isn’t an overnight lead gen tactic. The fastest that our clients started seeing positive traction are from month 3 onwards.
We do not believe in the typical agency lock-in periods. But at the same time Savittr’s ABX program is a highly involved process with a bunch of varied activities that needs a reasonable period of time to show full impact. We ask for a minimum of 5 months during the initial part of the engagement. We then usually take it month on month from there.
If you are not satisfied with the engagement, you have the option to cancel by giving 30 days notice, anytime after the completion of month 2*. Yes, this is applicable even within the minimum period of 5 months. We want to be your true growth partner and do not want to tie you down with the typical contractual lock-ins.
Savittr charges a fixed, all inclusive monthly retainer of 8500 USD. A typical engagement may include a a senior Account Based Marketing expert, a Digital Marketer, SEM expert, a copy writer and a graphic designer (if needed). In addition, we might bring in a CMO Advisor during the initial strategy discussions, especially during the Growth Canvas exercise.
